From the Heart of Naples to Your Community
'FreshCloudOrchid sprouted from an earnest aspiration: to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a humble, family-owned business preserving family recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, acquired the craft of pizza-making through her extensive travels in Italy, absorbing knowledge from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her resolve was to offer a genuine Italian pizza experience, employing classical techniques and only the best ingredients.
Our journey began with a quaint outlet having just 12 seating spaces and has since flourished into a cherished local gem. Through this expansion, our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained steady. We continue to bake using traditional wood-fired ovens, knead our dough freshly every day, and seek out the finest produce available.
Remaining under family ownership to this day, the succeeding generation of the Rossi lineage now manages our zealous crew. While we have adopted certain new technologies, the essence of our mission endures: to craft and share delectable, authentic pizza that unites diners.
